Policy regarding refunds for Pre-Paid Accounts:

Once a pre-paid account has been paid (for a quarter, 6-months, or 12-months period) we do not offer refunds of any type should you choose to cancel the service early.

If you think there is any chance that you will not use the full term of the service, you should choose our month-to-month billing instead.

This policy is effective September 15, 2004. Any accounts pre-paid prior to this date will be grandfathered under the old policy of pro-rata refunds at the normal monthly, non-discounted rate.
