NEW!: foreThought.net provides quality 33.6K, 56K and ISDN (64K and 128K) dialup service in Colorado and across the United States and Canada. We have over 3,000 dial-up numbers and serve almost 1,000 cities across North America!


In Colorado, we serve the Denver Metro Area, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greely, Longmont, Loveland and Pueblo, Colorado Springs.


We offer three types of dialup accounts:

Unmetered accounts provide unlimited interactive usage for one person or small business. Metered accounts are used if you need to share the same account among multiple people. Dedicated accounts are used if you need to keep your link up 24/7 to support running your own email server or web server.


If you need full-time dedicated connectivity, try our DSL or Dedicated Dialup products.

  • Web Hosting Customers are eligible for a $5/month discount off one interactive access account.

Internet connectivity via a standard 28.8, 33.6 or 56Kmodem (v.34, K56Flex, X2 and V.90). The service includes 200 hours per month of PPP access, and two POP e-mail boxes.

ISDN is the least expensive and most flexible way to get a digital connection to foreThought.net. This service includes: a PPP account with 200 hours per month (that works out to 9 hours per business day) usage, one POP e-mail box.


To use our ISDN service, you'll need to have an ISDN telephone line installed (BRI or "ISDN Basic Rate"). This will provide faster connectivity than a regular phone line.


Required Equipment:

  • BRI line (from Qwest or your local phone company)
  • PPP ready computer (either PC, Macintosh, Linux, etc)
  • ISDN modem (such as Motorola BitSurfr Pro, 3Com Impact, etc)


Suggested Uses: Home Power-User, Connect a small business LAN to the Internet via a Dial-On-Demand router (we can help set you up with one!).


Note: We highly recommend that if you want to run a web server, that you host the actual web site with our Store Front service, and use your ISDN link to maintain your site. This will provide the best performance and reliability for your users.
